This ornament reminds me of trail rides along the ditch on my Chincoteague pony, Misty. Beautifully blown glass with space on the end to write the year or a short message.
The Western Saddle has a horn up front for tying on a rope or holding onto when things get rough! On the trail, a good saddle provided support by day and served as his pillow at night.
